The first floor is where the private residential space starts.  It mainly consists of the living space, an open kitchen and a adjacent dining area that opens out to a big balcony on the facade of the building. The layout follows the lines of open planning. Hence the physical and visual experience of the space is better and quite broad. The palatte of the interiors are kept earthy and neutral, with a few hue punches for specific elements. Hence tghe ambience of the space is maintained while the colours add vibrance to the space The second floor has the other two bedrooms and a connecting passage opening to the double storey on one side. The terrace space is designed to be a nice spot to spend relaxed and leisure evenings. The exposed brickwork and  concrete finish walls are the main feature elements.
